For proper sounds do I use the SG000363 or the SG000362?  The PSR for the 362 lists the game , the 363 does not Scratch Head Scratch Head

Unless you are using a progressive you can stick with the 362, but for kicks try the 363 and see if it changes the sounds or not.

Is this the one with the 4th reel (Haywire, Mystery Reel action, 2X pay, 5x pay, 5 bonus credits, etc)?  If so, it uses SG399 according to the PSR I'm looking at.

I have the 363 but not the 362 or 399

Type 143 (Super Spin Sizzling 7, Super Stars Spin, Freedom Stars and Diamond Stars)

My Freedom Stars had problems with 363's in it, and buggy base chip when I got it, here was the post:

A former member (his post is missing) said that set had known issues and to use SB101122 with SG000399.  That fixed it.

The SB100715 base chip had known problems according to IGT and it was replaced with the SB101122.  I forget what the issues were.... Silly Me! arrow Crazy

OK, I now have all the chips in question. I am going to tackle this project Saturday and take pictures. Try different chips and report on sound and stuff like that.  wave

I am looking forward to the results.  I am curious, since the game has a dedicated DSV, as to what sounds are possible.
I would really like to know if you can get the reel spin and rollup sounds to be anything other than legacy garbage.....
