According to a document I have SB100025 is for 100 or nothing.  The second game is likely a clone of something, one of the super sleuths here will figure it out I'm sure.

I have the same info as Tilt, SB100025 for the 100 or nothing.

I'm pretty sure the second game is probably a one-off for the Silverton casino, they used to have a show titled the "Azure Mermaid Show".
Are the guts IGT or did you just get the glass?
