Hi,

I found this stuff inside a Bally 5500 which was on a progressive jackpot. For all I know it was not a stand alone one.

The unit is different from the one I used in my Silver and Gold, you might help me identify it.

Thanks

More pics.

As you may see, only one led light.  The display does not light.

Any clues?

Thanks.

The top picture is of a Cham1 - also known as a LED5.
LED = Link Extension Device.
I have several of these, one in each of my slots.
Generally you need a Con1 to drive them.

We have however seen a couple of these that are standalone.
Can't tell fom the picture.

The other plastic thing with the 3 lamps is for 3 line reel glass. As you add each coin the light goes on indicating which reel line is selected.
When you open the door the connector to drive this is right by the hinge level with the reel glass.
