So does this strike a bad nerve with you or do you think it's funny?  I really like Todd Tuckey and his infomercials are really funny.  Look him up on YouTube.  These videos however make me sad.  Some of the oldies going over the edge made me cringe as they could have been salvaged for the enthusiast.

Anyway...thoughts?

Yeah, that's what it sounds like...items that are way beyond repair.  He seems like a really funny guy and it looks like they've been in business for a long time.  The Omega Race was the game that made me tear up.  That's a super oldie!

Nothing is beyond repair. And even some parts like legs, edge strips etc. for older pins can be hard to come by.  What a waste IMO. no

Poppo,

I agree with you. The glass alone even scratched is worth a lot. The raw case gutted could be made into a Pin Mame or something.

Then again I usually weep like a woman everytime they blow up, destroy, dent etc a Austin Martin, Bentley etc in a bond flick.

So sad.....

todd dose try to sell those 1st and if he can,t sell he,ll give them away, but if no takers off the roof they go, home sales were a big biz for us in the 80,s as they were for todd, when i headed- to va from nj i took a truck load of juke ,video, shuffle parts to dump , today I,m trying to find some of those parts I tossed for some of the older jukes I found here that are selling , I knew i only had so much room here  we sent 3x 53ft trailers here full of appox 175- pin,s 50- pre 50 slots, 6- 1950,60,s jukes, 100 jap slots  which i have 16 left,  he dose have a 800 numbe rgive him a call

If they had hit that hood fan housing it would have been a very expensive stunt. The parts would have been worth the effort to strip them down. We miss your auctions Steve. You were the best source for all types of games. I still have my first pachislo that I bought from you.

They could have easily given them away to game enthusiasts to restore.  yes
Why not just place an ad in a website like this for people to come pick up?  Scratch Head
instead of destroying them forever?  loser no

In my opinion....not funny.

Disturbing, senseless, and all of that stuff.

So many good parts (some that are extremely hard to find, I'm sure) gone to waste, though.

At the very least, some of those machines had good side panels and glass that might have helped someone with their restoration project.  no no

...

I was hoping they would hit it, for just that reason Evil, but your post informed me that it wasn't going to happen, so I didn't watch the entire video.
