I'm not worried a mod will remove one, I'm hoping a mod DOES remove the other one, then moves this one to the Spectrum forum where it belongs..  yes

Just post a single request for help in the correct forum, it saves everyone time. When you post 2 identical threads, you waste your time looking in 2 places for answers, waste people's time when they are bouncing between the 2 threads trying to figure out what information you've been given and what you've tried to date, and it wastes everyone else's time that is searching for help on the same subject as now there's 2 threads in 2 different forums to look for answers in instead of one. propeller

We're a small enough site that your request won't get lost, and almost everyone uses the "Show unread posts since last visit" feature to see...

Wait for it...

Every post made since they last came on the site.  Tongue Out applause

rarestamx,

Idesign responded quite early on in this thread that you Cleopatra SB game chip SB100597  - does not have any progressive levels.

It really doesn't matter what SG chip you install - you will still not get the option to open because it's not written into the SB chip.
Put it this way, that's like putting a small Volkwagen Jetta engine into an AMX
and expecting the little motor to push it as fast as the original motor!
Will never ever happen...

What you need, is a progressive SB-capable chip -

the SB100597 you have - doesn't have it.

Jeff...what do you have on the 312 game chips?

Jim, the PSR for 312 says "Progressive capabilities are not available in Type 19, Type 64, Type 69, Type 73, Type 76, and Type 78
games."  Cleo is a Type 64 so no progressive with that one either according to the PSR.

Why do you ask????

Also, looking at the PSR for 362 is has the same note.  363 and 523 does not however at 7.3 it says:

7.3 Progressive
The progressive submenus can only be configured and/or displayed when the paytable program
supports progressive awards

597 is a Cleo specific SG chip but it says it doesn't support stand alone progressive.

Are you using SG000597, or SG100597 ?

Well, as it turns out he is using a Leopard Claw SB chip with Cleo.  So the Enhanced sounds don't play but he does get progressive.  Otherwise, using Cleo chips no progressive.
