Changed an Alien I game out to a Creature from the BL.  After all the resets ended up with "You have to set the Denom from Blank amount" error. It appears I need a 22 key chip?
Is it required just for a denom set?

I have had this before, it should let you go in and choose a denom, but only if it is blank, if it has a denom listed on it, it may not let you change it without the keychip.

Yes without question you need a key chip -

Then you can set the demolition
