I have a S+ HD 2c SP1085 chip.  The credits used to add up on the counter until I hit the payout button.  I was showing a friend how to change the coin amount using the set chip.  I did not change any 5or 8 functions just showed him on the machine the procedures.  Now when I hit any jackpot the hopper pays out, no credits accumulate.  Any idea how to get the credits to accumulate again.  Scratch Head Scratch Head Scratch Head

I don't have the PSR for SP1085 -- do you?

The quick and dirty way might be to press the "Cash - Credit" (or "Cash Out") button once before playing.  If you've enabled player-selectable credit as the credit type, that should allow you to place the machine into Credit mode so that wins will go to the credit meter, rather than the hopper.

A little birdie sent me the PSR, but the PSR states that it only supports Type 2 games (Haywire -- not Haywire Deluxe).  That said, there have been PSRs in the past that have had incorrect information.

Can you confirm that your Haywire game is a "deluxe" one (that is, some symbols have lightning bolts  lightning bolt on them and nudge to the payline if they land above or below it)?  Can you please verify your SP and SS chips by having the machine display them on the LED displays (using these directions) and post both sets of numbers here?  I just want to make sure that you do indeed have a 1085 (and not, perhaps, a mis-labeled chip) before we start troubleshooting the settings.

I am out on the road until sunday.  I have the haywire deluxe and got the 1085 sp chip from one of the NLG vendors.  Everything I have bought from him has worked great.  I will get the other info when i get home.
