0,02 - 94.12%
0,05 - 94.90%
0,10 - 94.90%

Check your games played.. volatility index is catching up with you. Those %'s are over 10,000,000 spins.

Can you post the actual accounting numbers from this single machine?

Check to see if your 044 flash board (daughter board) is original IGT.  At one time there was a rash of "reproduced" flash boards that had incorrect payout anomaly's.  These were typically found (produced) in Central and South America.

the machine was take it from IGT Europe, then I don't think I can have problem with fake parts, but I will check that.
I was wondering if the precentage are incorrect. especialy 0.05 and 0,10 who have the same precentage: 94.90%.

thank you again,

You can change the percentage of payout after you do a Key 28.  You can establish that all denominations have the same percentage of payout OR you can have a different percentage of payout for each denomination that you have enabled.

By the way, where is your casino?... because you percentage of payout is extremely generous...I would like to come over right away and play.  bust gut laughing  Most casinos in the States have their penny games set between 85% and 89%.

about that it's an entire story.
the casino is in romania and it was open in 2006. in that period I wasn't here and I don't know who was the one who buy the slots from IGT Europe. how I understand from some papers the precentage was recommended by seller. when I start to work here, in 2008, I understand I cannot "touch" that beacuse it was  recommended by really professionals. now, it's true, the rest of the slots have good results with the same precetntage.

Cleopatra 2 is a very high variance slot machine, so having a higher payout % on them is a good thing. Very similar to a Ten Times Pay machine, with returns in the mid 80's and lower 90's you hardly ever see any action on them and eventually players will avoid the game like the plague.

the machine have huge action on lower denomination and huge payments on higher denomination

Well, there you go.  If you could look strictly at the lower denomination payback, it would probably be very close to the 92.59% that it's set to.  The problem is that it hasn't had big action (a large number of spins) at the high denomination, and there have been some big wins (entirely possible in the short term), making the machine a loser for the house.  Until more people play (and lose) to bring it back down, it will remain towards the high end of the spectrum.

Actually I saw a 5 sphinx hit today on a quarter machine, total bonus pay was 12,000+ credits. 500X your bet for 5 is more likely, I don't have a reference sitting in front of me at the moment.
