I bought a top LCD monitor for a Bluebird off eBay and it arrived safely.   I plugged it into the top box and to my surprise it worked!   I thought I would need a vga cable to run down into the main MPU.   All I had to do was plug in the three connectors and voila!

How difficult are empty top boxes for the cabinet to come by?   I'm guessing very difficult because the machine would have to be parted out.

Also I don't seem to remember seeing any machines with dual screens that have glass  Scratch Head  Can the monitor show a digital image for games that are not dual screen?  I've seen IGT machines that do this - looks like glass but it is really a video image.

you are welcome for the screen which came out of a dual machine.   If you want the top screen to show the TOP glass you will need a BB2 CPU.

Hey thanks! I didn't know it was you.  It works great.
1st I'd like to get the top cabinet - if that's even possible (and not crazy money)
