I can not seem to get the mounting plate (or whatever it is called to fit the right side of the cabinet)
This is the 3 piece printer mount so the printer is behind the reel glass on the right side.

Did I run into a limitation of the vision ready cabinet or am I overlooking something simple?

Gee my 9" Vision ready printer is on the left side in the TOP box. You trying to repro fit a  S-2000
printer into a Vision?

My printer is mounted behind the S2000 reel glass on the right hand side.
The topbox seemed to have all the correct Vision mounting studs extruding from various places in there.
I have no clue if the topbox I have is Vision topbox of S2000 topbox.
I've always thought the S2000 was the main cabinet and the Vision stuff added later.
So with that in mind, I guess there was a difference in mounts
and perhaps my main cabinet IS indeed really  a Vision cabinet originally?
The only way to know for sure I guess, is to compare cabinets and topbox part numbers?
Maybe try to locate the part numbers on some Vision part sheet somewhere.
Or at the very least, compare the extruding stud placements in different main cabinets?

Something always bugged me about my main cabinet.
When I was installing a bell, the holes in the bell mount did not match up
any of the studs in the main cabinet.
I ended up just leaving it bolted to a single extruding stud on the back wall under
the reel tray somewhere over the main power supply.

Anyways, getting back to the printer mounts.
I had no problem mounting a different printer I had into the topbox on the left-hand side.
However, that printer had totally different mounting bracket and holes than the reel glass printer.

I am not worried about top box mounting that is fine.

The plate will not line up with any studs on the right wall inside the main cabinet.
When I try to get it against the wall it hits the mounting bracket/wire cover for the power supply and does not clear the metal of the cabinet at the front either..

The main cabinet is a Vision Ready cabinet, 3 reel shelf and door.
Top boxes are S2000 9" and Round Top.
All the wiring is S2000.

I am planning on changing to short reel glass, once I get the rest of parts.

The power supply on my vision and vision ready is located on the right side against
the back wall. My S-2000 PS is located in the center of the back wall. I assume your
printer bracket is hitting the PS case so it would have to be moved to the left.

I can not place the printer next to reels, unless I get a S2000 cabinet, or did I miss something else.

1 The studs on the right wall do not line up.
2 The PS can not be moved to the left.

I'm not familiar with the vision machine.
This is just an idea.
Make sure the right side plate is off the bracket. you will only use three sides.
If you can match any two studs & it is level that's all you need.

I tried it that way first with just the large u shaped piece.
No go either way.
The printer came with the mounting stuff that allows the printer next to reels.
I tried it with the plate and without.
Holes and studs do not line up.

My cabinet just wont allow it.
Studs for the meters (meters have been bypassed and removed long time ago) get in the way.
no way to move the power supply behind reels to the left.

If I did that I would end up with another S2000 eventually which would be Okay.
I first have to get the S+ sold.
