This problem started with a reel tilt. I corrected it and now after start up all the buttons flash slowly except the change button.
All this occurs after it starts up and spins the reels. Then it flashes Call Attendant and Insert Coin, Pay 3 Credits back and
forth with the buttons flashing slowly. I open the door and the button lights go off. Then displays Door Open M, Closure B flash
back and forth plus the cash amount remaining on the machine.

Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Ron

Hello R2D2 ... sorry still  bust gut laughing when someone called you that the first time.
I would first try swapping the door I/O with another machine and see if it makes a difference and maybe swap main boards with another machine.    When your door is open and it shows closure B. might have blown door optics.

Just a few quick swaps I would try first, Nice to have more then one machine.

Well the door I/O did not change anything but changing the main board it came up and ran fine with a different game.
Put the old board back in and some how it changed from 25 cents to 50 cents? Won't let me use a key chip either.
It does the same thing as it did originally, starts up and rolls the reels then picks one of the following; goes into a general
reel tilt or the third reel tilts or .....CALL ATTENDANT with flashing buttons.

Looks like I need another main board bawling

Don't forget when using the Key chip/no credits can be on the machine.
Did you put the board that might be bad in the other machine to see if the problem follows.

There might be some suggestions in the repair logs that could point you in the right direction for board repairs but the price for them seems pretty reasonable these days.

                Good luck, Ron

Ron, you may want to try a CLEAR chip if all else fails.

Put board in other machine and it did the same thing. However there are no credits now so the buttons are not flashing but VDF screen is along with the BV light.

Jeff, I guess that is my only alternative is try a clear chip.

Sounds like the board went south Ron, but it's worth a try.
