I use PSP and the Mikohn downloader. The first programs the progressive. The second downloads graphics into the Supremes.
I am not familar with the program that you have.

There are a couple of ways to get the program over to the other laptop.
The first is to use a program like Acronis to image the first PC. This makes a full image of the disk.
Norton Ghost is another program like Acronis but it lacks the universal restore feature for dis-similar hardware.

Since it sounds like you don't have access to the programs and such that are on the first machine. I highly recommend taking an image because if your hard drive goes you will be majorly hooped. Hard drives have a MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) of about 5 years depending on use. Laptop hard drives tend to die even faster because they are usually subjected to more physical issues such as moving the laptop around while its operating/spinning. Higher heat as the drive bay is not well ventelated etc. There are recovery companies but if the hard drive dies due a physical fault (as is the case with most laptops) recovery is not going to be possible and it will be expensive to find out that they can't recover it. $500-$1000 just for them to look at it and give you this prognosis. (Its dead Jim !).

It is best if the second laptop is the same as the first, but assuming its not. Acronis has a universal restore function that generally makes a workable image. Of course you lose everything on the second laptop. I again recommend taking an image of the second machine just incase the image from the first does not work as intended.

In addition to Acronis you will also need a small USB connected hard drive to write your images to.

Most electronic stores (Best buy / Frys) would also sell a software package that allows you to migrate programs and settings from one machine to another. This is usually done with a USB cable and it generally works with XP, Vista (yuk) and Windows 7. You may want to talk to the geek squad guys as not all of these programs are created equal. One of the programs that Dell sells Migrates the programs - in otherwords it kills the programs on the first machine which really sucks if the migration doesn't work.
