Seemed silly to start a new thread......

I also need a PSR sheet for an I Dream of Jeannie 3C - Chip number SB1000038.

In the spirit of educating me and perhaps some others, what is a PSR Sheet, what exactly does it tell you, and where can one obtain this information?  A search of "PSR" revealed many requests.

I would like to find out if this machine supports a progressive.

Thanks

since I only know the S+ and S2000 I will explain it for those platforms only

PSR is Program Summery Report in the S+ and S2000 refers to the Game Chips in each
It tells you the features it supports and what options can be changed and what key, clear or set chip is required to clear, enable key config menu, or adjust set chip only settings.

PAR is for the S2000 Base (SB) and S+ Reel (SS) chips
Contains (I may have forgotten something)
Virtual and physical reel strip information.
The number of wins by type and amounts(top award down to the smallest win) they run a simulation to get this information.
Volatility. confidence information and some other statistical information.
Win frequency.

Actually, the number of wins by type and amount are obtained by simple math from the hard (virtual) reel strip and pay table data, as are the win frequency and payback percentage, and none of them are estimates; they are precise data, although the payback percentage and the number of hits OBSERVED in play will vary due to the random outcome of independent trials.

It's the volatility index and its corresponding confidence interval that require using more advanced math and that can be generated by running simulations. They are intended to give the operator an understanding of how wildly the game's payback can be expected to swing, both in the short and long term, and can be used to determine if a machine's actual outcomes fall within expected deviation (i.e., whether or not the machine is malfunctioning.)
