What is the difference between a DSS & DSV simm card?

I am not well versed in simm cards, but I think the DSS is a sound simm, and the DSV is a video simm, think the last letter is determining the type of simm it is. But like I said I am not well versed in simm cards, hopefully someone will come in and verify what I said or tell me I am full of it. yes

The only difference I know is DSS = I game      DSV = S-2000    but both contain sound.
