I decided to check the obvious things and took the board out to check the bulbs.

Both bulbs are bad.

What number are these bulbs and where can I get some????

Below are pictures of the board in question.

I checked for voltage on the wires and the Red wire has 12-13 volts on it to ground or the black wire.

So I guess I need bulbs.  Also this does not solve the issue with the digital display not working.

Thanks Much

Captain Hook

I won't say anything.     Duh! Duh! Duh!

If you decide to replace those bulbs with LEDs, your next post will be "where can I buy a BV board, I toasted mine"

You didn't have to remove the board to check the bulbs, rotate the holder CCW.  Most any auto parts store will have new ones. Make sure you get 12V.  ( I know should be 14V but 12V work just fine )

The board pictured is not used when using a Sentry unit.

I have the lamp board and Sentry Installed in the S2000, It lights up the Bill Entry. the Sentry can not do that.
The bill path piece is fluorescent green and the board has cutouts at the bottom to allow the lamps or LED's to cast light into the bill entry
It looks better than the dark bill entry on the S+.
I do have LED's installed in the board.
See picture I have attached.

Is the Sentry looking like it has power?
When you first turn on the machine the Sentry will show some signs of being powered, LED's will flash, etc.

You are correct. I wasn't thinking about the Vision or S2000. Since his has the yellow guide it would light up (with working bulbs).

Here are some pictures of the board I have.

Also here are some pictures of the wire harness that goes to it.

The little white plug goes into the display board and the other and has 2 plugs that come out behind the BV put are NOT plugged into anything.

Any idea where it goes???

The white plug goes to the board.
Find the 5 pin going to BV, the one in your picture goes inline with the existing 5 pin connection or in series with it.

Well guys I got the display to work. It was never plugged in behind the BV.

Now it lights up and displays the Denomination of the bill inserted into the machine.

Now I just need to pick up some #73 bulbs to light up the Bezel.

Thanks again for everyones help.
