You seem to be looking for the highest % chip for that game. Don't be supprised if you don't find it.

If you have an OEM chip, and you own it, can it be manipulated in a burner to yield a higher % or no?? (This question should not violate the rules)

No it can not be changed to a higher percentage without re-writing the chip with a different file completely

In theory yes. If one knew which bytes to change and what to change them to. However, it's not like the values are in plain text like "95%". Again in theory, if one were to do a hex compare of two different % chips of the same game, they might see there are 30-50 bytes that are different.

I have compared and found most of the chip values different, way !!!! more than 30-50 bytes. Wish it was as simple as changing a 95% to a 99% in plain text ! yes

1 IGT uses a checksum routine to be sure the chip is a valid SS chip.
2 changing Percent value that is coded in a SS does not change the way the game pays out.
3 You have to figure out where the virtual reel strip codes are located and how they are coded in the SS and change those to increase the payback.
4 You must know how IGT creates the checksum that is stored in the chip and re-calculate the checksum then put in it proper place in the chip.
