I have an Emotion game that on ocassion will take a ticket, stack the ticket without crediting the game, If you reboot the game it goes into a handpay for the amount of the ticket, but it comes up in the system as a manual jackpot. A ram clear will fix it for a short time but then it starts doing it again. I checked the event history and found several entrys of the same tilt occuring and was wondering if anyone can tell me what it is. The event error is listed in the log as follows-

MM WARNING: TIMEOUT Timeout in critical section: Process: OrbServerLocal WORKER 14 Exception F: 3 Actual level: 1004 prior level: 6 owner process: Update Thread0 No Server F: 255 process level: 1004.

This error is listed several times just before it steals the ticket, pretty sure this is why it is taking them but need to know where to look, have already changed both game and comm boards, and done several ram and comm clears with no lasting success. I was wondering if we have any Atronic gurus out there that may have an idea?

Bill limit is $1000.00, credit limit is $2000.00, transfer is disabled, jackpot limit is $1199.99. Problem was found, turned out to be a loose ribbon cable on the backplane board, cable literally came apart in my hand. Replaced the cable and so far, for the past week it has not happened again.
