I hate the yellowed strip that is at the bottom of the reel glass  this is how i made them MINTY WHITE

Yeah, that always bugged me too.  I used Acetone, and it restored it to bright white.  Cool idea PB!

Great tip.  I have done this in the past with a chrome mirror vinyl and it looks awesome too.

As I recall, one of the popular vendors here takes the plastic off the machine and then uses a spraypaint to paint it white.

Ack!! I never even noticed the yellowness until this thread. knockout  Now it is going to bug me until I fix it.  banghead

I may just spray paint mine. That's what I have done to the inside of the 3 & 5 line light bars.

how can you get that glow in the dark affect? i seen it on some new machines, the strips like glow in the dark.......is it different lighting?
