I have a williams 360 machine and I moved the machine from one place to another. Before the move the game was working properly and after the move it does not work. Whenever I try to power it on I see the red Fail bulb flashing. Monitor and bill acceptor work but the game does not start.

Also on another game that I moved and was working fine, after the move it had a System Error 13. I tried to Ram Clear it and first it said that it had a dead Battery. I replaced the 3.6 v battery and tried to do the Ram Clear. It apparently works because I can select the options with no problems and I see the Successful Ram Clear Screen and hear only one dong, but when I try to power the game the same System Error 13 appears.

I've got the exact same problem on a 1.5+ board that I just repaired.

It was 100% dead previously - after repairing some broken solder joints and a bad XU3 socket I'm able to clear using the v4.32 Unified Clear - but as soon as I load the XU3 EPROM back in and boot I get the following on the top of the screen:

DIVIDE BY ZERO AT 6000:0252,F046,0090,0000,0FC4,8CA3,6269,FFFF,0000

Critical System Error 13

Dead or low batt is the answer to this problem

You need to install the Ram clear chip and clear the ram, if you need one send me a PM

After the clear you will be ready to go.

Use the jackpot reset key to get past the hot dog screens (messages) after clear
