Does anyone know how to remove the front bill guide on a WBA-21-SS on a S+ Machine, I have removed the two brass screws but it still seems to be locked in place. Thx

After removing the screws, you have to open the top of the bill head, and the bezel can then slide up and off the head.

To open the head, there are two latches, one one each side of the head.  They pull forward just a bit and you can pull the top open.  If it's had a few drinks (spilled on it), it can be a bit of a hassle.

He said WBA, aren't you guys giving instructions for a DBV 145 or 200 series? My WBA's I remove the screws and pop the drink seal. As stated above, sometimes they're sticky from drinks spilling

All the WBA bezels I've ever seen slide into the head with it open.  If you can remove the bezel without opening the head, the"ears" that hold it in place are probably broken off on either the head or the bezel.

DBVs just use screws and don't require the top to be opened.
