I am thinking about getting a Bally Game Maker, I think it is a 2003 model, are there more gamea availble for this other than the ones that come with it, I believe they are blackjack, dueces wild poker, keno, blazing 7s, and a double devil slot game.
Any info will be helpful such as is it a fun game to have along with some s2000 machines and other Bally 6000 series reel slots?

Thanks,

David

There are a lot of games for it. Jim @ Blue Ridge is where I got my game chips. He's also good on them.
I have 2 boards for mine that gives me 20 games.

what games are they, how many slot games are available from other chip sets/boards?

If you have any screen shots, that would be helpful.

Thanks for the response,

The nice part of 2 boards is you turn game off, pull board, put other board in & your ready to go.

The Gamemaker is also known for having unusual games.

For example, there are a lot of keno variants, such as several types of "way" keno, alphabet keno, and the unusual pattern keno, where you pick a pattern of anywhere from 5 to 10 spots, and the "shape" of your pattern is checked against every possible position from the top to the bottom of the keno board for every game. You get paid for every winning match that comes up.

They have pick-'em poker variants, which are a form of stud poker where you are dealt the first two cards, and then given a choice of the third. Each of the choices also contains the last two cards underneath. you pick your desired third card, and that "pile" completes the hand. They also have Let-It-Ride stud poker.

They have Goldmine Slots and Poker, Triple Trouble slots and poker, and a Free Bee slots and keno, all of which have bonus rounds. Most of the bonus poker games go to their bonus rounds when a full house is won. My favorites are Triple Trouble Poker, Big House Poker (where you play a hand of BJ to win more on the FH), and Goldmine Slots. I also like the Island Wins slot game. I've won big jackpots twice on that bonus. yes

Second Chance poker is an interesting game, where you play a regular 5-card draw hand, but are then given the opportunity in some cases to buy a 6th card to try to win again. I like it because many of the second chance offers pay back 100%, although some can be as low as 75%, and the trick is to calculate the payback percentage on the fly in my head (it's not really that hard), and only take the second chance offer when the payback is worth while. I can't sleep when I play that game. arrow

Ford has posted several of the interesting slot games.

There are even a few bingo card games, if you can believe that, as well as some 8 liners and some odd balls.

Where the Gamemaker falls short, are standard, Game-King-style, multi-hand video draw poker themes. They are basically non-existent. The few multi-hand draw poker games are a completely different style, where you are given three chances to better your original hand, rather than playing out three independent hands, and some stud games, such as multi-hand pick-'em poker.

I think that there are might be a few standard multi-hand draw poker games, but I don't own any.

The multi poker stuff is not a problem, I am more interested in any slot games available for it. I did notice some games such as blazing 7s, wild rose, etc. Are there bonus games such as bonus frenzy, andy capp, 99 bottles of beer?

There are some dedicated slot games for the Gamemaker that use multiple chips, which cannot be co-mingled with other games.
They can be more elaborate, since they use more memory in their designs.

Cash Encounters
Hot Hot Hot
Baby Boomers
Play the Market
Triton's Treasure
Mystic Knights
Money Poppers
Boxcar Bonus

are all examples of dedicated Gamemaker games.

However, 99 Bottles of Beer is a Game Magic game (V8000), which uses a CD and cannot be played on a Gamemaker.
I think that Andy Capp might be also.

StatFreak, you mentioned Pattern Keno.  Do you know of any casinos in Las Vegas that currently have Pattern Keno on the GameMaker machines?

The truth is that I have never seen the game in the wild; only on my own machine. It's a good question, though.  stir the pot / get cooking

Not quite Vegas, but I saw Pattern Keno on some Game Makers in Laughlin. At the Pioneer, I believe.

Since that is my ad, I will tell you that it will work with any Gamemaker.
You will have to go through a set up procedure to get the multi denom to work and I'll provide you set-up instructions and/or phone support.
You will need a reset key and a clear chip. I'll look around and see if I have another clear chip if you need one.
