I have a S2000 3 Coin, 3-reel Single line 9" Flat Top machine with Paper Printer, No Coins in or out & backlite reels. Can it be converted to a 3-reel 5-line machine (even if backlights cannot be used?) Is this available in kit form or would I have to buy individual parts? Thanks

Certainly. What game theme do you have, and what do you want?

You'll need a key chip, and possibly a clear chip to change games, in addition to the glass, strips and chips for the new game.

Don't know if first attempt at this post worked. I have a S2000 3-Coin, 1-line, Multi denomination, No coin in or out with printer & backlite reels. Is it possible to change to a 3-reel. 5-line machine even if I cannot use the backlite feature? Is this available in a kit or would I have to purchase parts separately? Thanks

Thanks for responding. I have a Triple Diamond Strike 3-coin. I am trying to decide if I want a Triple/Double Stars or a Triple/Double Red Hot Sevens. I assume I will not be able to use the backlite's I have now. Would the new kit have connections to not use the lights or would I have to take out the bulbs?

If I'm not mistaken you can use your reels. Have to change the strips & chips & glass.

Your backlit reels shouls work fine with a five line game as each reel has 3 seperate light boards mounted behind the strips. As far as the titles you're looking for, I don't recall seeing a trpli double red hot sevens muti-line in anything but a 5 reel machine. You'll also need the LED display that goes on the left side of the reel glass. The most important thing is, why wouldn't you want to buy another slot machine? Scratch Head

Coushatta Casino in Kinder La has some Triple & Triple/Double Red Hot Sevens. I have seen Change kits advertised for $250.00 - $350.00 to me thats a lot cheaper than $1000.00 with freight for another machine & I only have so much room & a frowning wife.

Rob  That game comes in a lot of different lines. Here is a 9 line 3 reel.

WTEXAS  $250/$350 sounds like a lot of money just for a kit.  Keep yur eyes open on Ebay.

I merged the two threads and moved them back to the S2000 board, since that was the appropriate board for the topic.

WTEXAS, as has been mentioned, you can check with our vendors, place a WTB in our classified section, and/or look on ebay for kits. You should be able to find better prices than you mentioned, either for a kit or a complete machine.
Since you'll be changing from a multiplier to a line game, you'll want to remember to get the reel glass. yes

Hey Buzz, I think I'd be tempted to buy another machine if it had a Triple Double Red Hot 7s 3 reel kit in it! Well, that's not completely true, I'd be tempted to buy another machine just because there was one for sale, I'm kind of a sucker that way:)

LOL! You mean denial isn't just a river in Egypt Bunker? bust gut laughing Heck, I won't deny it, I love slots. I like working on them and I like playing them, it all started when I was 8 and my friends mom had a couple of minty 1930s slots in her basement. I knew then that I'd have some of my own one day.

Rob   Every machine I have is for sale, except for a Old S+ 9" Double Diamond Deluxe.  Nothing special about the machine except it's the first slot I bought.  I think I paid $700 for it.

My first one came out of phoenix. It was a S+ Ten Times Pay for 900 and I got a Triple Red White and Blue conv kit with it for an extra 150. Then a Black Cherry kit for 150. Then a Haywire Deluxe kit for 250  bust gut laughing Then I really got crazy. I've got about $10,000 in machines and spare parts in the house now, but what's the value of living out a dream?
