1492 Ceronix Monitors in a Bally

I have a 1492 in a Bally and I can't get it to fire up.
It is blacked out and chirping.
I have replaced the LA7830
and the listed caps below.
#317 - 150uf
#286 - 100uf
#215 - 1000uf
#230 - 1uf
#233 - 1uf
#191 - 470uf

Any one have any suggestions on what to try next?

try the IC at location 280, it is the power IC, it is a C5184

I have made some progress as the monitor
only clicked at first and now I have a fast chirp.

chirping Ceronix may indicate a bad HOT or flyback as well

If your monitor is "Chirping" your problem is in the monitor's power supply area...if you go checking voltages you should use V- for your ground as using a "normal" ground will cause you to chase your tail with all kinds of useless readings.  V- comes from component 280 (a XRC5184 IC), it is a pwr supply IC...pin 9 is V- check it with pin 8, you should have +7.5V at pin 8...then check pin 15 for +17V if it is there check pin 16 for +15V, if pin 16 is below +15V change component 280...

I just changed out the IC  C5184 and I have no change in the display.
I have a black screen and the PS is fast chirping.
There is no high voltage at the screen so I guess that the Fly Back transformer is bad.
What is the HOT?
Does this sound right?

HOT= Horizontal Output Transistor, it is basically the big switch that turns it on. Did you check the other 2 big capacitors at postions 256 & 257?

No, should I order then with a fly back transformer?
When I ordered my caps those came as singles.

I would think a bad flyback is unlikely. The horizontal output is a good bet. If you have an electronic voltmeter put the red lead on the center leg of the HOT and the black on each of the outside legs with the meter on diode stting. If you get a tone to either leg then it's a bad HOT

 I should add, if you lost the HOT you probably lost the voltage regulator with it. If you replaced the voltage regulator with a bad HOT you probably lost the voltage regulator IC again. Not gauranteed, but likely. Voltage regulators are kinda delicate.

Do you have a capacitor tester to test those caps? I have seen several times when those are bad it will make it chirp, not always, but you seem to have covered a lot of the other possibilities. Or you can just change them if you have them.

  IT'S FIXED

Thanks to cowboygames I found the problem.
The center lead of the HOT was broken - Looks like a stress break.
A dab of solder and it is running like a champ.
I have another HOT on order but I now know that this will fix it.

I wish     now I have to get back on my other V5500.
It has a SEGAI monitor that the width of the picture is to wide. 
I think I will cap it an see if that helps.

That's gonna be in the vertical section, probably a feed resistor off the fjyback, but could be as simple as the yoke slide back on the neck of the tube
