Is that the wrong CAP chip in there then?  The top part of the display looks odd.

Maybe SLOTTEX can confirm the screenshot for us, but everything seems to be right otherwise.

For the record, I figured out the other painting issue.  It seems the larger graphic chips toggle a bit on Port3 when accessing the higher banks.  So now everything is working 100% (assuming the menu graphic is right).

Below is the setup I'm using with CAPX2298 (not listed):

Well... to steal a picture from your blog, I would tend to believe that the font and background should look more like the traditional multi-game set:

I thought the same thing, but since you can swap out the games to your liking, the marquee can't be hardcoded to just 5 games (like the multi-game on 1 chip has).

So my guess is, they went with a generic looking top logo, and custom paint the bottom arrows only.

I agree that it shouldn't have the logos in it, but what I'm saying is that the background of where it says "Multi Poker" should be the same color red, and the font that says, "Multi Poker" should be bright yellow -- not that color that it is now.  The one on the right looks correct -- the one on the left does not, based on what I've seen in the casino.

Ah yes, your right.  I didn't apply the E16/E17 banking to the CAP so I was painting with the wrong colors.

Correct below:

Sweet! More fun with MAME for me, also I meant to post a while back I have a few chip sets here that aren't in MAME yet (about 3 I think). Would you like to add them? I don't have a reader but since my PE+ is currently dead I could probably mail them to you or someone to get them read. Lemme know Smiley

I found the following tidbit from a 1998 IGT Europe publication for a trade show which mentioned some games that will work with the wingboard (link (pdf)):

According to the pictures of the arrows (and progressive text) found in the graphics chips CG2298.  Below is a list of supported games for the wingboard:

Bonus Poker
Double Deuces
Nevada Draw Poker
White Hot Aces
Bonus Poker Deluxe
Double Double Aces & Faces
Odds & Ends Poker
Two Pair
Crazy Eights
Double Double Bonus Poker
Full House Bonus
Nevada Bonus Poker
Deluxe Deuces Wild
Double Joker Poker
Royal Deuces Poker
Double Bonus Poker
Deuces Joker Wild Poker
Jacks or Better
Sevens or Better
Loose Deuces
Deuces Bonus
Joker Poker
Tens or Better
Triple Bonus Poker
Deuces Wild Poker

So that is what this CG chip is capable of displaying.  It is possible that other CG chips will expose other games not listed above, but this is the only one I have looked at.

A couple of these I have never heard of before.
Odds and Ends Poker
Crazy 8's are two right off the top.
