OK here goes another newbie;
I have 13 IGT I games running a mystery progressive. They are running on a Mikohn Super link DCU, with PGI interface. Each game has an Elite meter and then there is a big wall sign also.
Our problem is that when I have the laptop connected I can watch the meters increment as the games are being played but no meter movement on the games display or on the wall sign display.
Another DCU was connected but we still get the same results. When each DCU is first connected it will increment the meters up to the previous spot but will not add any of the new coin in info to the meters.
I hope I posted this in the right location if not I apologize, but any help is greatly appreciated and definitely needed..

are there any machines in error showing on the DCU?  do you have a media player of some sort running the graphics for the sign?

Ok i got it working. What happen was the DCU lost it's settings and when it was set back up the jackpot groups were set up wrong.
On regular progressives they are set up starting with your highest at number 1. Well with Mystery progressives you set your highest progressive to group number 7.
I talked to a guy that use to work for PGI, and he gave me that info.
Still, thank you for the reply.
