i have a wms 3601 cpu board that i can not get video. put the correct chips in it says it needs a ram clear after putting in the ram clear chip i get one dong and no video on screen or touch response. have used same set of chips in another board so i know the chips are good, any help out there

Are the jumpers correct?  Some eprom sets use different memory sizes, make sure the jumpers are set to the correct eprom size.  Sometimes, it's your backplane, and the EEPROM chip residing on it has gone bad and needs to be replaced.  If you have another CPU board from another machine, can you use it on this machine?
