I need power.... it has been out over two hours now! Severe withdrawal setting in! Crazy Crazy Crazy

All of Southern California: the OC to mexico to Yuma AZ!

May use what's left of computer battery backup for a slot machine!

They are saying power may not be back till tomorrow?

 I am prepared, I was a Weebelo Scout! Not sure how it is spelled anymore has been a "few" years since then...

I have my battery jumpstarter with a power inverter next to it if i need it. Candles and flashlights etc..

Plus i have burritos from a local mex joint that has a gas grill! This way i can avoid opening the fridge or freezer.

Some jackass in AZ caused this!

Better plug phone into power pack to charge. I have my pos ( per Buzz) car as a backup as well...

Based on the map of the affected areas, it affected San Diego, Imperial, and parts of Riverside countries, but not Orange or L.A. county or north. It might have touched parts of San Bernadino county, but the map suggests that it didn't.

Yes LA was ok, but southern OC was effected. I think they get their power from us.

Well I took a nap out of boredome trying to go to bed... I knew it would not last... After a couple hours I got up and went to the potty, got back in bed, and voila!  POWER Came on!!!! lightning bolt lightning bolt lightning bolt It was off for just under ten hours, and for the most part we (Me and at least 5 Million other people) survived! (I did just fine!) Clap
 The Wave Dancing Party Ecstatic / Top Award WOOT!

My fridge and freezer survived just fine as I opened them up very rarely. Going to leave most of the electronics unplugged still until I know that things are stable on the power grid. yes yes yes

I have to share something that I heard from a youg girl walking in the alley behind my house last night: "What do you mean I can't use the muted ATM!" Cry Laughing

So weird seeing this on a big monitor as opposed to a 4.3" phone display. arrow

It makes me appreciate even more what the folks back east go through after a big storm during a multiday power outage! Hail
