Does anyone really know how much power is saved ???????

I'm looking at a 12" 25W florescent bulb and this

How can I possibly know what light consumes less power ????????

Power = voltage X current in Amps

LED power consumption is 12V X 0.100A or about 1.2W

From your statement the Fluorescent uses 25W

Does the fluorescent light you are asking about use an electronic ballast?

If it does look on the ballast it should list the voltage and current on it.
