3.6 volt Nicad battery, but this is NOT your problem.
Code 11 is low line voltage. Your mpu is not seeing a steady 5Vdc. Code 11 at startup sometimes is seen and goes away after one or two flashes in the win meter. If it stays flashing;
1 - try reseating the mpu board. (with power off)
2 - check your 5Vdc from power supply. At CN13, just behind the hopper, the pink wire is 5Vdc and black is the ground.
