I need help>

I recently purchased a lighted Red White and Blue Topper to put on my round top S Plus IGT.  The Topper has a ground wire and a plug with 4 wires in it.  The candle I am replacing has a ground wire and a plug with 3 wires in it.

What is the best way to hook up the topper?

Also the topper has two short bolts with nuts coming out of the bottom of it and the candle had two long screws that went from the bottom up.  I figured i could work this out but if there is someone that has some advise on how to make this work I am all ears.

Thanks, Silly Me!
