What kind of cap should this .84uF cap be? I replaced a bad one with a .84uF 600V polystyrene and within a week the monitor came back with a charcoal briquette where the cap used to be.

The 4.7uF BP cap had also popped it's cork with pieces of it all over the inside of the monitor.

What else could be causing this problem?
