I have a Bonus Spin Wild Star Red White and Blue vision machine. Getting protocol errors. 2 coin machine. Running SB100021, SG000092 game chips, ATA24, RFA25 and BGM00011. Going to change the ATA file to ATA54 in A.M. Does anyone know if this is the correct configuration or suggest what needs to be changed. Thanks in advance for any help.

Is there a list of vision games with the chips and sofware need for each game located anywhere?? These things can drive one crazy if all the software doesn't match !!!!

Ron  Just to muddy the waters, I have SB100021 and it's listed as Bonus Sizzling 7s 3 coin.  Has a check sum of 387D.  You now know everything I know.

Bingo! I think Buzz hit the nail on the head!
If you have the wrong SB chip - the Vision computer's flash cards
will never recognize it or finish the boot up process...

Just to confuse everyone...idyle's is SB100021.
What is what?
I agree with Buzz...I thought Visions start without the number "1" after the "SB"

To add to the confusion 5-Line reel Touch games like Denver Duck, Bucks Ahoy start SB000XXX.

I'd say...let's just drop the G muted MN numbers and start putting the
actual game names on them from now on!  rotflmao

okay, that won't work because when you put them through a reader -
they come up as numbers...gee

Sorry about that --- the SB is SB000021. Hit the wrong key. That's what I  get for thinking. Will  would post results with the different ATA file. I have placed the jumper on the LCD and see the top box booting normal and I get a "Good Luck" screen before it goes to the protocol error. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks

I would try to follow r273's set up for BGM, ATA, and RFA's.
It looks like you have the right SB000021 and SG00092.

By the way, when using Vision software,  I've noticed that not only do they start with
a zero after the SB, they also have 4 zeros for SB's and 3 zeros for SG's.  rotflmao

I know...not that important... Tongue Out

I love the fact that you get a "Good Luck" on the screen before it goes black....
that's a former IGT programming engineer laughing his ass off in his grave at you!

Now we gotta get you past the "Good Luck" screen...how? I have no idea but I'd try to stick with r273's game setup.
If you get it going that way, then I'd leave it.
Make a sticky note of what software combo works and stick it on the back of the LCD computer in the topbox.

We need to try to get up a good listing for the visions as they're popping up more and more around here.
Personally, I'm quite scared to go and try to re-install any one of my Vision games because I have no clue which is which anymore.
I'm pretty darn sure I won't get the right combo of software right either... Duh! no
