I was having a problem with my computer. Every time I tried to go into something It
would keep loading as if I kept clicking the mouse. I tried another mouse, same thing.
Was going nuts when I noticed handle on coffee mug was over enter key on number pad.
I moved mug & all was OK. Silly Me! Silly Me! Silly Me! Cry Laughing Cry Laughing Cry Laughing

You need to buy a right handed coffee mug and you will not have this problem

At my last job one of the most frequent support calls was 'My computer is making a clicking noise' Which I would respond with 'Take the stack of papers off of your keyboard'.

Remember too Ford, that little tray that pops out of your PC when you push the button is a coffee cup holder.

My hearing is not the best. I never heard the clicking noise.

Using a pencil, the buttons still work....!   arrow
I've had this wireless keyboard ever since the dawn of time when they first came out with these things.
I don't have the wireless mouse anymore....hated those things - killed my batteries all the time
and I went back to the wired mouse.

Have they improved on the battery life of the newer wireless mice yet?

My batteries last about a month. I don't use it for playing games, if you do they will not last as long.
I use rechargeable batteries.

I can get about 3 months out of my logitech wireless mouse at work. 9-10 hours a day and I never turn it off. Not too bad.

I won a Microsoft Arc Touch mouse at a database convention a couple months ago but haven't used it yet. Looks interesting but just haven't had a need to pull it out of the box yet.

My wireless kbd and mouse have lasted years because the mouse only uses current when moved, if left idle it will not do anything.

Oh...it happened a couple of years ago.
I was in a rush and ran out the door  Road Runner Snoopy to go somewhere.
When I returned back a few hours later - I was shocked to see that I almost had a fire!
Well...I left my old magnifying lamp on  Duh! and it fell down on top of
the right side of the keyboard on my bench.    wtf1
I've long thrown that fire hazard out....it used a 100 Watt lightbulb bulb and those bulbs will melt anything!!!

I do remember chuckling to myself as I was chucking the pieces
into the garbage can...I, of course, never reported it to anyone face in palm

Now I'm thinking Scratch Head 2 of that stupid t.v. commercial...

"Hey Woodchuck! Stop Chucking My Wood!!!"    rotflmao

I'm glad there wasn't a fire too!!  rotflmao

Anyways,
If anyone wants to get a magnifying lamp ( I highly recommend them!!)
get the ones that use the round fluorescent lamp. ( 120V FCL 22W )

They don't do not run as hot and still work well for deciphering those tiny letters
and numbers on IC components!  yes

I can actually place my palm on the fluorescent lamp without searing any skin off -
uh...try touching a 100 watt bulb and see what happens!!  Tongue Out

Bunker  Stick with the wire type mouse, it will have a harder time hiding from you.
