HELP PLEASE Midway Touchmaster Infinity

got this game last week, change battery on cpu, replaced cpu fan , and power supply, how do i get into the bios, cmos, i need to make it boot from hard drive, i have the keyboard set up, but need to know what key to tap so i can get into the set up,
if i let it run it comes up press f1 when you do it wants to boot from a disc, not cd  rom in this on or a 3.5 drive,
i going to pull the cmos battery again and see what happens, i have a manual but does not say haw to get into the system

Plug a keyboard into it.

i have one that works for a few games then it locks up but it you hit the game it starts working again   i,m hoping lose plug , only paid 60 bucks for it , megas and touchmasters are getting cheaper every month

already did that i got into the setting, but now i need to know what the bois setting for this machine are, it only has a hard drive and im not sure if thats working sounds like it is,
