That egg resets each time you hit the bonus. When you crack it sometimes the duck faces left other times he will face right.  I thought the burp came from the game when I first heard it.  After you play the bonus and the screen returns to the reels you can hear some crazy background sounds. Scared the hell outta me the first couple times I heard it
