Hello,

At me automatic machine IGT S2000 ALIEN a problem with a bill acceptor (WBA 23). The automatic machine doesn't see a bill when I bring it. At inclusion all is started as it is necessary.
In options there is all correctly. Removed and put into place a bill acceptor and cash box all too most. Wires all whole. Errors aren't highlighted. The automatic machine works in a waiting mode. It is possible to choose the rate and lines, and also denomination but when you bring a bill the automatic machine it doesn't see. The bill acceptor on other automatic machine works. That can be?

If the bill acceptor works in other machine and you know your BV settings on the Alien machine are correct as far as it being enabled, you might take a look at your credit limit setting. Does the BV take the bill in and kick it back out or does it not even try to read it? If it takes it in and kicks it out then check the credit limit settings. For example, if your denom is set at a penny, you have your credit limit set at, say 1,000 and try to put $20 in it will kick it back because it exceeds the credit limit.

It at all doesn't take a bill. When you bring a bill it it doesn't see, as though it is switched off, though LED are shone.

Then if your BV is enabled in the machines menus you are not getting power to the unit and need to check all plugs and wiring from the motherboard to the BV. If the BV uses a power supply seperate from the machines normal power supply, you might look at that to see if it's working. Some BVs get their power from the motherboard and some get it from a dedicated power supply

I would also try a drinker

and if that doesn't work try going to option 4.3 and  auto-configure netplex devices.  it's worth a shoot.

I'm not sure where he's at, but judging by his signature and writing I think he's in a foreign country using a language converter. I'm gonna guess Russian

If that were the case and I sure don't know that it is, appearances can be deceiving and all that crap, couldn't a person cut and paste into a program that would translate it to cyrilic(?) Or whatever?
