The candle or tower light is very dim...it stays on very low or blights when the configuration menu is used...I have tried all the configuration options in the menu...but none work to fix this problem...I changed bulbs on the candle/tower...but the same thing happens....any ideas on how to fix the light is appreciated. The light is not grounded and do you think the bulb may be the wrong size??? the bulb read 24v.

Thanks

Try a 12V bulb.
