Hi,
this board had a nasty problem: in psychic 5 when you die or when you are in bonus mode, the screen changes palette and turns light cyan but the background and sprites are still visible.
in this board the screen went all white!  so you couldn't fight the boss in bonus mode !!!!
after some trial and error the board developed another fault: parts of the screen where white (vertical  bar on the left and top horiz bar), like some problem in the video ram
i started to bang the board with a screwdriver and found that chips near 2016 RAM @6D where the cause. So i resoldered one '273 and one '373 @5D and it magically fixed the graphic glitch and the palette problem!!!!
then i replaced the dipswitches wich were faulty.

in this bootleg the dump of eprom called p5d in the romset (27256 @7A on cpu board - main program rom) is a bit different than the original, with some diff. bytes here and there and some 16 bytes added after 0x6D20. The games seems to work with either rom images. in the end i left the different bootleg rom in place.

p.S:
switch 8 of dip switch 2 is not FREEPLAY but INVULNERABILITY (the pdf scans are wrong, as they say freeplay).

Bye
Zab
