I/O cards...many different kinds...Watch out!!!

I've realized that there are many different I/O cards for various functions in the IGT S2000's, Visions, I-Games, Reel Touch games 
and the various Game Kings... here's some pictures I found on the internet on these boards...>>>

Bunker  I don't think the picture your painting is all that Black.  I can only speak about S 2000s. Your first picture is one with the small plug  and it always goes in the cabinet. and I've only found two different ones for the door. I'm pretty sure the black plastic ones will interchange with the metal ones.  ( NO I just tried one it wouldn't fit in the holder )

It does become a test of wills on which I/O goes in which place. From what machines I have had this is what I've found.

P/N 14930200 is the only one I've seen inside the cabinet next to the MPU
P/N 14930203 (2) of them go on the door IF you have a 10 button deck with a line display on the left reel glass.
P/N 14930203 and P/N 14928001 go on the door if you have a 10 button deck and NO reel glass line display.  14928001 between inner door panel and belly glass, 14930203 closest to you with the main door open.
P/N 1428001 go in door of all 5 button decks.

There may be more but these are the only ones I've run crossed.

I put up the pictures for people to see when they go shopping like on ebay or something for I/O cards.
I wanted everybody to know that they are not all the same.
Plus members were asking me via PM messaging what I/O cards go to what
so I thank you very much for your experience with them with your reply!  .

Personally, I have the 802 I/O cards in my 10-button S2000 deck.
However, I did change back to the 200 & 801 cards ( 1st pair of pictures) for a 5-button deck swap.

Bunker here is a box of spares and not a 802 in the litter.

802 always seem to be the ones you need. Also the black cards were meant as direct replacements but some of the older slots don't have the cut out to let them fit. they make replacement covers or you can just modify the ones you have.

Or you could just transfer the circuit board from the new holder to the old holder. Same card, differant holder, screw holes probably stlill match. Maybe they decided they were static sensitive so they went to the plastic holders

Rob  You gotta drill out the rivets on the black ones to get to the board. ( been there and done that )
