I am working on a bally pinball board that had a battery leak.  I have cleaned up the corrosion but there is a lot of the green protective coating  gone.  What is usually done in  this case?  Leave it alone or coat it with something.  If coating what kind?

Thanks

Jerry

Agree, fingernail polish.  I like clear.
Helps hold down jumper wires for replacing bad traces, too.
And if you get bored you can get high.

Just kidding.

I would just leave it as is. But besides the nail polish, you can do it 'right' and use conformal coating.
