I am trying to help my uncle with his Casino Entertainment Inc video poker machine. He has an error that says "low battery mode" on the screen. He doesn't see a battery anywhere in his machine. His machine is a 1989 model. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks for you help....

Welcome to NLG. wave wave

I moved your topic to the CEI VP board because the Repair logs boards are not for asking for help, but for posting repair procedures and tips. No worries, as this is your first post.

he needs to pull the game tray, open front door make sure machine is off, the tray thats under the monitor pulls out, once you have the tray out
it has a cover , remove the screws that hold cover under there you will find the battery,  if you need any more help email me,

Hi,

We just replaced the battery on our machine, too.  It should be on the PC board right under the monitor.  It just pulls out.  You have to
unsolder the battery and replace it.   Be sure that the + signs match up.
