Does anyone have any info about what is going to happen with regards to support and service for all the legacy Mikohn progressive equipment and the newer PGIC equipment? Now that IGT has assumed all of PGIC's assets and seem to be focusing on the Casino Link product, I am wondering if customers are going to be left hanging when it comes to the service and support aspect of the progressive equipment - Controllers, Interface boards, LED meters etc. Help Scratch Head

He did say "customers". If he is referring to casinos still using the older equipment then the question is valid, but MR, if you are an technician working at a casino that has a business relationship with IGT, you should call IGT directly for an answer to your question. If you are a home slot owner, you're SOL just like the rest of us!  arrow

Thanks for the info.
I was interested more so for casino operators that have the legacy Mikohn and newer PGIC equipment (sorry for your situation home slot owners) If there are any casino slot techs out there that can shed some light on this situ, would love to hear from you.
Thanks

You might want to poll the Delphi SlotTech forum. There are more Casino techs over there. They tend to keep to themselves quite closely and dont answer posts from non-casino workers. So you might best qualify yourself as to what Casino you work for etc.
