I'm not sure if those had a battery or not but for starters, (first pull the power plug out!) pull out the MPU and any other board, check all the contacts and make there there isn't any corrosion or bent pins. Then I'd check EVERY connector - pull each one apart carefully and check for the same thing, bent or broken pins, contacts, etc. Also look EVERYWHERE, use a small mirror if necessary - and check for coins that may have gotten stuck in the back or sides. Also, check for any reset switch...it may be on the mpu board and might just be a small button.
Pull out each fuse and check continuity with a meter. Sometimes they look good but aren't.
Hope this is a start and that OTHERS (hint hint) can chime in and reply.    frying pan

I have gone through it and there is only a sound board in it....

There is no main MPU board in it I THINK...

In the top of the machine there are a 4 cables that are not connected to nothing so i think that is where the Main MPU board was...

Here is a pic of the cables in the top......

Hmmmm...safe to say it's missing SOMETHING.  Scratch Head
And I'm sure it is the MPU. Silly question but can you call the friend and get some history on the machine or if he just happens to have THAT board?

If i could find some one who has this board and give me the model number or part number of the board it might make it easyer to search for,

With out any thing it is hard to search for a board that will work....
