When he talked about changing payout percentages, he commented that only server based machines could be changed without changing the physical chips (like on a S+). I thought S2000 machines could be changed in the menu. Or do they need a key chip to change it?

Poppo, the SB chip used in the S2000 machines has an assortment of payback % options programmed on the chip that can be selected using a keychip with zero credits on the machine. On mult-denom machines a differant payback can be selected for each denom. Kirk in Vegas mentioned that casinos changing these at will is unlikely as there is a mountain of paperwork involved with ANY changes made to a machine

Hmm....one of the more "truthful" explanations/videos I've seen on explaining the RNG and how the payouts are determined before the reels even stop, etc.

Although, I know many a slot player that would beg to differ, and continue to swear by their own "proven" methods (i.e. lucky charms, lucky underwear, rubbing the machine, talking to the machine, praying to the machine, sitting under cameras, playing only endcap machines, betting 1 then 2 then 1, sensing when the machine is "hot" etc).  bust gut laughing

Kinda hard to follow along, not get distracted by his overly active, caterpillar-like eyebrows (especially the right one), and determine which cartoon character he reminded Bunker of, all at the same time....rotflmao
