Bunker,    the brochure that I have on the unit states:  the cc-40 is ideal for use in VLT applications where high discrimination against stringing is a necessity.  the cc-40 is supplied with high security optics as standard equipment, providing a higher level of security against frauding.

If anyone is wondering what "VLT" stands for  - it means "Video Lottery Terminals"
Kinda like the ones you see at horse racetrack parlours.

With a simple modification, cc-40's are great to use on Sigma SG150 or Sg300...They use high end security optics which sigmas also use...If anyone need the mod. I can supply you with it...

unfortunately, that procedure did not work, I will be getting a few of the correct comparitors from a fellow member, thanks for the help on this though.
