Bally 6000 Coin/Hopper Settings

Hey Guys.. I'm bamboozled!!!!!!!!!!!!!   

I don't know if what I wanna do can be done.. But I am looking for your input here.

Is there not a setting on the machine for MAXIMUM Credits on meter that is based on Coin/Bill Input?
For instance.. I would like to set up my machine as follows..

25 Cent machine..

To be able to drop coins, or insert bills up to a pre-set amount of credits.. Lets Say 400.. So If I put in a 100 bill it will add 400 credits.. if I have 397 Credits.. It will only allow me to insert 3 coins.

BUT!!!!!! I don't want it to pay from hopper or hand pay.. If I play and I have 395 Credits and I win 100 Credits.. I want the credit meter to go to 495 Credits. If I have over the 400 credits and cash out.. It then can go to hand pay or ticket pay.

I set the machine as follows
56 - 200
51 - 100
58 - 300
(these are for testing purposes)

It will allow up to 100 coins max.. if I win an amount over 300 bell goes off for hand pay. But if I win any amount that will exceed 100 credits it spits out the winnings from hopper. So if I have 95 credits on meter and win 20, it pays 20 coins from hopper. and the renaming 95 credits stay on machine.

I don't know if I am missing something here.. if anyone has any input I would be great full! Maybe there is a super secret I don't know about.. I have read the manual 100 times with nothing but frustration..
