before i order them i just wana make sure these are the ones for a s2000 button panel....and do they just pop in?

Yes and yes.  The original bulb in my S2000 was a 194 which is a 12 volt bulb--just like the Wled-W4-90 (I believe and 90 is degrees of light output and one of the "W's" stand for "wide angle" and the other for "white"??).  Here is the link to them at Cointaker.com, the site I use.  http://shop.cointaker.com/category.sc?categoryId=97  Any of the 12 volt ones should work on that page, and they have several colors to choose from.
