Anyone know what the tie in is with donations and karma? I've noticed sometimes you get karma equal to your donation and sometimes you don't, just wondering...

  Donations and karma have absolutely nothing to do with each other. Only two people on this  site know if you made a denoation, you and Joey and trust me Joey could give a s*** less what your karma is.

Hey, I finally went to the Rio Carnival buffet for dinner (1/2 price for locals) and was pleasantly surprised. I hadn't been there since 1999 but the selection is quite large and most of the dishes looked appetizing. At $13.49, I think it's a much better deal than the Aliante dinner is at $9.99. Interestingly, the half price special is about what I paid (full price) back in 1999 ! Weird Eyes frying pan

I'm also in the process of finding the best pizza places...  stir the pot / get cooking

If you like New York style pizza, Metro Pizza is good.  If you like thin pizza, then Sammy's Wood Fired is good.  Also, surprisingly, the pizza at the Stations Casinos buffets are good too.

Giving karma is a way of saying thanks to someone that's helped you solve a problem or whatever with a machine, it has nothing to do with who it is just an indication of what they've done. Kinda like feedback on ebay and used the same way.
The only way to tell who gave it to you is if they tell you they did somehow.

Lol, it happens, and keep in mind you can only give karma to any one particular member once in a 12 hour period. If it's a karma storm, like now, you can give it to a bunch of people at once.

Simple Mark,you go to bed in the wee hours and I have to get up in the wee hours.  I drove the Big truck 4 days this week.

 David in talking about the Reo, I have to be at the Reo about day light Monday morning and pick up a carnival ride and take it to Porterville, CA.    336 miles oneway.
