Menu 3 isn't a menu that requires a key chip. To make changes within this menu, under machine options, you must have a zero count on the credit meter. There is a sub menu called limits where you can set credit, bill, hopper and jackpot limits. I would suspect by the way your machine is acting that one or more of these limits is set to zero, particularly your jackpot limit. When setting these limits, pick reasonable numbers you can work with. You don't want to set the hopper limit to 10,000 unless you want to wait 20-30 minutes for it to pay out that many coins should someone hit big or inadvertantly push the cashout button. Personally, I set all my limits at around 1000 and rarely have to use a jackpot reset key to clear big wins, but still get to here coins falling into the tray occassionally

You need to use the spin button to actually enter and view the current limit settings for the individual items like jackpot, credit, bill etc...

why is it when we go to credit option, it only says credit mode.. there is nothing to change... all the buttons the lights go out and there is no selection to make in this sub menu?
What does it do on the machine?
I was able to set on limits from 0 to 1,000 on credit, and jack pot to 1,000 they were set to 0 like you mentioned.
I did not see a bill limit.
I am going to see what it will do now.
Crossing fingers.

ok, the double diamond is fixed. I need a knife for the hopper. How hard is to install the knife?
Now,  on my Triple Double Wild Cherry, I am getting a "Reverse Coin Detection" and it is only spitting out about 10 to 15 coins then gets the same error again.
Ill be ill night clearing the credits.. Whats going on with it now? I need to clear about 600 credits.
