bally alpha setup

We bought some bally alpha they were  all there when I saw them and picked them out , some way the slot  ghost tookout the printers before they got to me , after almost a month of emails and phone calls  10 printers showed up here on sat,  they sent me gen 2,s  and ithaca 850 that are still on brackets from some other alphas, trouble is my alpha say on setup that they were set for 950 printers, which i have alot of spares , but when i put in the 850s they won,t work, the 950 i have don,t match the plugs in the alphas the 850,s do ,, is the a way to change setting from950 to 850  and gen 2,s?

The short answer, depends on your O/S

Go to the main menu and select
Set Up
Machine Set Up
Device Set Up

If your Voucher Printer selection is in a Black Background you will be able to cycle through to any of the Printer selections, after the new selection you will perform a Power Cycle (Switch On/Off)

If the Printer selection is not in a Black Background you will have to perform a RAM Clear with the appropriate Clear RAM for the OS being used and set the game up all over again

I could not change anything , so what do i need also? my  on my 950 printer which setup says it takes the plugs aren,t the same
